Renoo Caruso started this business at a kitchen table in Thailand with one website, one product and a roll of packing tape. Today Caruso Consulting Co Ltd is the company behind 80+ factory direct brands serving customers around the world, still run with the same hands-on approach.
Renoo is also a Christian preacher in Phetchaburi, Thailand, and leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people. Renoo's teaching is online at renoo.faith.

Fifi is the Chief Nap Officer of the Buy Factory Direct network, which Prepper Company belongs to. While the team ships orders from 6 country stores, Fifi does what she does best: absolutely nothing. Curled up in a delivery box, snoring through quality control, dreaming of her next nap.
Officially, Fifi holds no responsibilities here. Unofficially, she is the reason we double-check every order. She knocked the keyboard once in 2022 and it took us three days to notice.
